Shipping & Delivery

We ship from China to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom using 4PX. Delivery availability is confirmed for your address at checkout.

Preparing your order

Orders are usually prepared within 1–4 business days before dispatch. Any different processing time is stated on the product page. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping rates and currency

Standard shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is US$60 or more. Below US$60, standard shipping costs US$6. Shipping charges and separately charged taxes do not count toward the threshold.

During our initial international rollout, prices, shipping and checkout totals are in US dollars (USD) for all three destinations. We do not currently promise checkout in CAD or GBP. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other account fees.

Estimated transit times

• United States: 7–12 calendar days after dispatch.
• United Kingdom: 4–7 calendar days after dispatch.
• Canada: 8–12 calendar days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and exclude order processing time. Customs checks, public holidays, severe weather and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Duties and import taxes

We arrange delivery on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. LittleRitualArt covers applicable import duties, import taxes and required import-clearance charges through the agreed delivery service. You should not be asked to pay an additional import charge to receive your parcel. Any tax charged on your purchase is shown before payment.

If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, contact us before paying so we can resolve it with the carrier. We will not switch your order to customer-paid import delivery without your agreement.

Canadian delivery phone numbers

Please provide a mobile number with its country code for orders delivered to Canada. It is needed for delivery coordination, customs clearance and courier contact. If it is missing, we will contact you to obtain it and hold dispatch until it is provided; this may delay your order.

A mobile number collected for this purpose is not used for marketing or advertising texts. It is shared only as needed with fulfillment providers, customs agents and delivery carriers, or as required by law.

Tracking and delivery help

When the delivery service provides tracking, we will send the available tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. For an address correction, delay, missing parcel or unexpected import charge, reply to your order confirmation or email 993238218c@gmail.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. We will investigate delivery problems with the carrier and explain the available options.

Any additional cost for a requested address change or redelivery will be explained and agreed before it is incurred. Import duties and import taxes remain our responsibility under the DDP arrangement above.

Service limitations

Some addresses or goods may be subject to carrier restrictions. If we cannot fulfill an order using the promised service, we will contact you before dispatch to agree an alternative or a refund. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
